The U.S. Mission to the United Nations Agencies in Rome would like to announce that Dr. Rajiv Shah, the Senior Advisor to The Chicago Council on Global Affairs, a Distinguished Fellow at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, and the Former Administrator of USAID, will be the lecturer for the 2015 George McGovern Lecture Series.
The lecture will take place in the Red Room at the Food and Agricultural Organization Headquarters in Rome at 1430 on Monday, November 16. The event will conclude with a question and answer session during which journalists are free to ask questions.

Advance accreditation is required by Wednesday, November 11 at noon. Send scans of a valid press card or letter of assignment on company stationery, plus a valid identification document with photo, to: FAO-newsroom@fao.org. Both pre-accredited journalists and those registering on the spot must have these materials with them in order to access FAO.
